Growing Dome &
Farm Garden

Foodies and non-foodies alike will feel the magic happening at our two-acre farm-garden that feeds you and your guests for most of the year. First, there’s our sprawling terraces of vines, cabbages, corn and squash. There are the tidy rows of carrot tops and five-foot-high magenta flowering herbs. Then, there’s our impressive geodesic dome: a 42-foot-wide, 17-foot-high growing space heated by solar power. It’s a jungle of towering hothouse tomatoes and peppers, cucumbers and eggplant, kept cozy under polycarbonate plastic ceiling panels.

Our dome is the focal point of our year-round sustainability program. We compost all wedding food waste and put it right back into the soil. We pick fruit, veggies and herbs for our kitchen year-round, but source 100% during the peak season. We also cut dahlias and sweet peas to brighten rooms with fresh bouquets. Gardener extraordinaire Steph Becic is always coming up with more ideas: layered companion planting, natural pest management, custom-brew tea ingredients, mushroom growing … you name it.


Clinking glasses doesn’t get more fun and festive than at The Brew Creek Centre. We collaborate with you to design a custom beverage program best suited to your personality and whimsy, plus matches your guests and particular needs. Our attentive staff will help you pair your menu with wines and spirits at exceptional value, and our full-service bar has everything you need to celebrate!

Of course we’ve got bubbly to add sparkle to your toasts, winter warmers and brunch boosters like Grapefruit Ginger Mimosas and Caesars with our homegrown spicy kimchi and green beans.

If you’re looking to recreate that unforgettable honeymoon cocktail you two sipped under the moonlight, we can help. We can whip up custom cocktails, or a traditional family favourite like Maple Whiskey Sours or Fresh Cucumber Basil Collins. Or what about a signature drink from where the bridal couple met? Say, a Coconut Lime Mojito? We can suggest original garnishes from our Growing Dome, too—anything with pretty flowers and fresh seasonal herbs. Cheers to that!
