Brew Creek Farm is located just 15 minutes south of Whistler, which houses a 3-acre Market Garden that grows a variety of year-round vegetables, herbs, microgreens, and seasonal flowers.
At The Brew Creek Farm, we take pride in our food growing program, a sustainable regenerative approach to farming. Our growing space includes two geodesic growing domes, a hoop house, a 1400 square feet aquaponic facility, three acres of outdoor gardens, and another 8000 square feet of indoor year-round greenhouses.
This program allows us to grow unique herb varieties like purple shiso, scarlet frills, mustard greens, microgreens, and boutique baby lettuces among a wide variety of produce. We can even grow custom edible flowers and garnishes exclusively for you!
