When Executive Chef Stafan Vagelatos joined our team, it was a seamless transition as his values with food are paralleled with our Centre. He has a strong belief in natural presentation of fresh, local and sustainably produced food. Complementing our mindset on our Environmental Initiatives, he believes that we are responsible for the food we source and consume.
Using ingredients that are local, ethically sourced and in season, you’ll find your plate full of fresh vegetables from our gardens or from our local farmers and vendors. Our food is thoughtfully prepared and continuously rated as outstanding by our guests.
Our innovative geodesic growing dome allows us to grow our own vegetables of choice, year-round. It is a state of the art greenhouse, which has brought our food supply even closer to the dining room with unrivalled freshness and quality.
Our full service bar has everything you need (including fresh garnishments) to celebrate and add a unique touch to your event. We will work with you to design a beverage program, pairing wines with your menu, creating custom cocktails to enhance your experience. We will ensure that you will raise a glass to toast in style.
We will work with you to design your menu and cocktail experience to ensure that when your guests are served, it will be esthetically pleasing and equally delectable.
